Job summary

Kaizen Gaming is hiring a Senior HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant HR and payroll services across multiple countries. You will manage employee data, onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS maintenance while coordinating with Finance and external vendors.

The role requires 4+ years in HR operations and payroll, strong understanding of local laws, and excellent cross-cultural communication. Hybrid work with competitive pay and development opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations and payroll across multiple countries.
• Solid knowledge of payroll processes, employment laws, compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Extensive expertise in HR data management and payroll reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cultures and functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administrative and operational activities for multiple countries, including employee data management and contract administration.
• Ensure timely onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and status changes.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare HR and benefits reports to support HR Manager and initiatives.
• Support implementation of regional HR initiatives and SOPs.
• Execute monthly payroll processes with local payroll vendors and Finance.
• Validate payroll inputs and reconcile post-payroll results; resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and labor reporting across countries.
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting.
