Job summary

GoTeam is hiring a Senior Operations Manager, Payroll Operations. The role leads a payroll service floor, owning performance across multiple teams and partnering with operations leaders. Initial onsite period builds relationships, then a hybrid cadence with potential move to full remote after six months.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll, 3+ years in people management, and experience with Salesforce or similar platforms. US client exposure and confidentiality are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and payroll customer service, 3+ years.
• Strong background in high-volume call center environments.
• Proven people-management experience, including managing other managers.
• Ownership of performance across multiple teams or a floor/site.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing, deductions, direct deposit, and reporting deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce, UJet or similar platforms for case management.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor leadership and develop managers to grow leadership depth.
• Set floor-wide expectations for service, productivity, accuracy, and schedule adherence.
• Coach and hold accountable Operations Manager and Team Leaders across functions.
• Monitor performance, quality controls, and workload distribution across teams.
