Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the local recruiting team across production, technical, professional and leadership roles. You will translate business hiring needs into proactive talent strategies, develop recruiters, and partner with HR leaders to deliver a thoughtful candidate experience.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Philippines Talent Acquisition and APAC TA Hub, you will drive daily operations, build pipelines, and ensure timely

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Progressive experience in talent acquisition including leadership of recruiters.
Experience supporting a broad hiring portfolio including high volume operational and specialized professional roles.
Ability to coach others, manage competing priorities and deliver through a team.
Experience partnering with business leaders, hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Philippine recruitment delivery across production, technical, professional, corporate and leadership roles.
Translate business hiring requirements into clear recruitment plans and priorities.
Balance ramp requirements, critical vacancies, backfills and emerging business needs.
Monitor progress from requisition to onboarding and address delays with partners.
Maintain hiring quality and candidate experience while meeting deadlines.
Coach and develop recruiters; set goals and provide feedback.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR leaders.
Drive executive searches and leadership recruitment with direct sourcing when needed.
