Job summary

Collins Aerospace Philippines is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the site recruitment delivery across production, technical, professional, corporate and leadership roles.

You will translate business hiring requirements into clear recruitment plans, develop recruiters and build strong partnerships with business and HR leaders to build pipelines. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Manager, Philippines TA Hub and shapes local talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or related field.
• Experience leading talent acquisition teams.
• Experience with high-volume and leadership searches.
• Strong sourcing, assessment and recruitment operations.
• Experience using an ATS and recruitment data to guide decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Philippine recruitment delivery across production, technical, professional, corporate and leadership roles.
• Translate business hiring requirements into clear recruitment plans and team assignments.
• Develop recruiters and build strong partnerships with business and HR leaders.
