Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Experience supporting managers and leadership with people-related decisions.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, documentation, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems/tools.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dagupan and hold relevant HR certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle from onboarding through separation.
• Partner with managers and leadership on employee relations, performance, attendance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
• Handle sensitive employee issues professionally, objectively, and confidentially.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and appropriate workplace practices.
• Support disciplinary and corrective action processes with proper documentation.
• Help ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
• Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Identify recurring employee or operational issues and recommend practical HR solutions.
• Work closely with leadership and operations to address people-related challenges and improve workplace effectiveness.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, policies, and process improvements.
• Maintain a professional, approachable, and solutions-oriented HR presence within the organization.
