Job summary

BFS, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to strategize and implement training and development initiatives that raise organizational capability and to shape processes that measure and address employee performance.

This role partners with senior management to align people programs with business goals and will manage stakeholder relationships with both internal clients and external service providers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Psychology, HR, or Social Sciences, has 10+ years in HR

Qualifications

University degree in Psychology, HR, Social Sciences or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of professional HR experience.
At least 5 years in an HR leadership role.
Experience in performance management, training and development.
Experience in banking or financial institutions preferred.
Excellent communication, influential, service-oriented with strong rapport with internal clients and external providers.

Responsibilities

Strategize and implement training and development interventions to enhance organizational capability.
Design and implement initiatives to measure employee performance and address gaps.
Lead performance management processes and provide coaching to leadership.
Collaborate with internal clients and external service providers to deliver programs.
Advise on HR strategy aligned with banking/financial sector requirements.
