Private Advertiser in Taguig, Philippines is seeking an experienced Organizational Development and Training Manager to design and drive programs that strengthen culture, communication, talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement across the organization.

You will develop learning modules based on identified needs, collaborate with department heads to tailor interventions, and support the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR, or related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in organizational development and training.
• Energetic, analytical, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in developing and implementing HR programs and organizational development interventions.
• Strong skills in policy development and implementation.
