Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management.

You will coach the HR team, partner with managers, ensure compliance with labor laws, and deliver data-driven insights through HR reports. This role also supports CSR and employee engagement initiatives within a global, multi-site organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• Strong background in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Labor Compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing or multinational environments preferred.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions including Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
• Provide coaching and guidance to HR team members and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analyses for management.
• Support CSR and employee engagement initiatives.
• Perform other duties to support HR objectives.
