Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business, psychology, or related fields.
• 10 years of HRM experience in manufacturing, retail or service industry.
• Proven success in implementing HR programs (engagement, performance, learning and development).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Values integrity and honesty; highly creative and takes initiative.
• Able to train, coach and mentor a team.
