Qualifications

• 10 years of HRM experience in manufacturing, retail or service sectors.
• Proven success implementing HR programs like engagement, performance, and development.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
