Job summary

MWC Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the Philippines HR function in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. You will manage day-to-day HR matters independently, advise managers and supervise our HR assistant, ensuring formal processes are documented and followed.

You will work with Global COO, Finance, Compliance and local management to maintain a professional and well-run people function, handling routine matters locally and escalating only material issues.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years’ progressive HR experience.
• 3–5 years in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Philippine employment practices and labour standards.
• Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Experience with probation, regularisation and performance management.
• Strong recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Good understanding of attendance, payroll inputs and statutory benefits.
• Experience drafting and reviewing HR documentation.
• Confidence dealing with DOLE and other employment-related requirements.
• Experience implementing HR policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Philippines HR function, including employee relations and HR documentation.
• Oversee probation, regularisation and performance-management processes.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Ensure DOLE compliance and payroll coordination with Finance.
• Supervise HR Assistant and ensure processes are documented and followed.
• Develop learning, development and onboarding programmes.
