Job summary

SCG in the Philippines is seeking an HR Assistant Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR activities for local operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor law while aligning with SCG International HR strategies.

You will manage onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, recruitment of local staff and expat assignments, plus training and employee relations across a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.
• Experience handling expat staff or regional reporting is a plus.
• Experience with Philippine labor law is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, contracts, records, timekeeping, and separations.
• Coordinate payroll with finance and outsourced vendors.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Manage expat recruitment and relocation processes in coordination with HQ.
