PlayTime Entertainment is seeking an HR Supervisor – Labor Relations to oversee employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. The role focuses on managing grievances, disciplinary cases, workplace investigations, and labor-related concerns while promoting a fair, professional, and productive work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Psychology, Business or Legal Management).
• 3–5 years of HR experience with strong labor/employee relations exposure.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
• Experience handling grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

• Oversee daily labor and employee relations to maintain a compliant workplace.
• Manage grievances, conflicts, disciplinary concerns, and complaints.
