Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Head of Data & Integration Operations to lead global IT EDP Data & Integration. You will drive operational excellence, oversee platform onboarding and support capabilities across a complex international landscape.

In this role, you will lead global support operations, build high-performing teams, and partner with platform product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused services for users across the Americas, Europe, and APAC regions.

Qualifications

• MBA or MSc in IT or related field is required.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in IT, preferably with globally distributed teams.
• Experience in software solutions delivery, training, or support and familiarity with biotech/pharma compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT EDP Data & Integration operations and platform onboarding strategy.
• Manage 2nd level support for core platform components across the Americas, Europe and APAC.
• Build high-performing, diverse teams and foster stakeholder partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and service innovation while ensuring security and reliability.
• Define strategic direction for onboarding and support services and collaborate with senior leaders.
