Job summary

One Alpha Comm, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead day-to-day HR operations and provide strategic HR recommendations in our Manila area office. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations with professionalism and tact.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least five years of HR experience. You will develop training programs, manage timekeeping and benefits, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of solid General HR experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Ability to work independently and make sound HR recommendations.
• Professional and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee concerns.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee movement.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR investigations.
• Manage timekeeping, leave, compensation & benefits, and employee records.
• Develop and implement training and development programs based on organizational and employee needs.
• Conduct or coordinate employee training, orientation, seminars, and development activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, policies, memos, and other HR documents.
• Provide strategic HR recommendations to management.
• Lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
• Identify HR issues and recommend practical and effective solutions.
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
