Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inHR/psychology/business administration or related field
• Proven experience in HR management and leadership
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government compliance requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
• Excellent people-management and organizational skills
• Experience in organizational development, performance management, and employee relations
• Ability to work effectively with senior management
