• Familiar with Philippine labor laws, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Can handle confidential employee information professionally.
• CHRA/HR certification is an advantage.
