Job summary

Ryoss Ideas PTY seeks a Senior HR Generalist to lead Philippine HR operations, ensure labour compliance, payroll accuracy, and employee relations for a geographically distributed workforce. The role partners with Ryoss leadership and the US client HR team to transition contractors to direct employment and build robust HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PH HR Generalist roles, strong knowledge of local labour regulations, payroll experience, and excellent English communication with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience with Philippine HR operations.
• Experience with Philippine labour laws, DOLE compliance, employee relations and statutory requirements.
• Experience overseeing payroll, timekeeping, statutory contributions and employee tax documentation.
• Experience supporting US/Australian or Western organisations with PH operations.
• Strong written and spoken English and ability to liaise with international managers.

Responsibilities

• Support transition of contractors to direct employment under Philippine entity.
• Provide guidance on Philippine labour laws, DOLE compliance and employment standards.
• Coordinate payroll processing, timekeeping, deductions and benefits.
• Assist HRIS implementation, configuration, testing and administration.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, onboarding/offboarding checklists, and forms.
• Engage employees, manage communications and align PH practices with US stakeholders.
