Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience in Senior Generalist/ Supervisor/ Manager roles.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, ER, disciplinary actions, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including records, onboarding, offboarding, policies, and administration.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from planning to onboarding.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leaves, deductions, and DOLE contributions.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Manage disciplinary actions, warnings, and notices of decision.
• Implement performance management, evaluations, and PIPs.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government requirements.
• Coordinate permits, registrations, and government compliance.
• Support employee engagement, training, and OSH initiatives.
