Job summary

Expereo is seeking a reliable HR Operations/Generalist to own payroll administration, employee records, onboarding and related HR tasks in the Philippines. You will manage monthly payroll inputs, ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR, prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.

A Diploma or Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3–5 years of hands-on HR Operations/Generalist experience, and strong Excel skills are required to thrive

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years of hands-on HR Operations/HR Generalist experience, preferably in the Philippines.
• Experience in Philippines payroll processing and statutory contributions.
• Good knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR requirements.
• Experience preparing employment contracts, COEs and other employee documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll processing and statutory contributions.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment contracts and COEs.
• Liaise with payroll providers and government agencies.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees.
