LawAdvisor Ventures Ltd is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to oversee People Operations across EMEA, APAC and the US, ensuring a seamless employee experience and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes engaging employees, driving hiring practices, and implementing scalable HR programs in a fast-growing tech organization.

The position requires leadership experience, a solid HR background, and a passion for transforming HR processes, with hybrid work in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, including leadership roles.
• Expert knowledge of compliance requirements (DBS, GDPR, right to work) and related processes.
• Experience leading and developing a team in startup/scale-up environments.
• Ability to own topics end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across regions.
• Growth mindset with willingness to drive change across a global team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of interviews across multiple time zones and seniority levels.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and recruitment best practices.
• Advise employees and managers on growth, development and performance.
• Champion employee experience and culture to enable high performance.
• Drive internal change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption with measurable impact.
• Maintain compliance with labour laws and conducting audits as needed.
• Manage day-to-day people processes including compensation, benefits and payroll.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Provide mentorship to junior HR team members.
