Job summary

LawAdvisor Ventures Ltd is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to oversee People Operations across multiple regions and to attract and retain top talent. You will reimagine the ideal work environment, ensuring service excellence to employees and ongoing alignment with local laws.

Additionally, you will lead onboarding, hiring practices, and employee development while collaborating with other teams to solve problems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR in a senior/leadership role.
Expert knowledge of compliance requirements (DBS, GDPR, right to work).
Experience leading and developing a team.
Proven ability to operate in intensive startup/scale-up environments.
Able to own topics end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical curiosity.
Excellent communication across levels and regions.
Growth-oriented mindset with drive to change status quo.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end coordination of interviews across multiple time zones.
Oversee full employee lifecycle including onboarding and hiring practices.
Advise employees and managers on growth and development.
Champion employee experience and culture across regions.
Drive internal change initiatives with measurable impact.
Maintain operational compliance with labour laws and audits.
Ensure day-to-day HR processes across regions (compensation, benefits, payroll).
Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and engagement.
Mentor junior team members as a first point of escalation.
