Job summary

LBP Resources and Development Corporation is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead staffing, policy guidance, and compensation analysis on-site in Manila. The role entails directing personnel operations, ensuring legal compliance, and coordinating with management on organizational policies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, a strong grasp of government regulatory frameworks (RA 1080, CSC, COA), and a proven ability to drive workforce improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management is required; Law or Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Appropriate RA 1080 Second Level Eligibility for professional positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform staffing duties including understaffing, disputes, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities related to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
• Analyze data and reports to identify personnel problems and propose improvements to policies and practices.
• Negotiate bargaining agreements and interpret labor contracts.
• Prepare and monitor budgets for personnel operations.
• Oversee evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
• Ensure compliance with GCG policies and CSC recruitment rules.
• Oversee procurement activities in line with RA 9184 and maintain proper documentation.
• Oversee inventory management in compliance with COA guidelines.
