• Experience leading Talent Growth and Development initiatives and governance.

• Co-lead design, development, and delivery of talent growth initiatives across performance enablement, careers, and mobility.
• Oversee talent-related metrics and reporting to drive business impact.
• Partner with HR Leaders, COE Heads, and business leaders to implement practical talent solutions.
