Job summary

Dayforce, a global HCM leader, seeks a Technical Services Consultant to guide clients through flat file integrations during Dayforce HCM implementations and ensure a smooth go-live with accurate data exchange.

You will collaborate with consultants across North America and remote teams, translating requirements into file specifications and delivering export files end-to-end while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in human capital management consulting
• Client relationship acumen
• Ability to engage with multiple projects & clients concurrently and manage priorities
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions
• Ability to relay technical concepts to clients in clear and concise business language
• Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to clients
• Translate client requirements into flat file requirements
• Meet with offshore teams to review the mapping document for file development
• Manage internal (Project Managers, Project Sponsors, Service Consultants, Mappers) and external (Clients and Vendors) stakeholders to achieve export file deliverables
• Identify and communicate risk
• Analyze export files and research the cause of the issue to determine course of action
• Responsible for the end-to-end management of delivering export files
