Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service/consultancy, payroll processing, or project coordination (minimum 4 years).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud software; HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects varying by solution purchased and complexity.
• Contribute to project plans and ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to complete implementations.
