Job summary

Dayforce seeks a Service Consultant to manage all phases of client onboarding and upgrades to Dayforce systems. You will join a project team to deliver effective, repeatable, high-quality implementations, collaborating with internal resources, customers, and partners.

You will leverage expertise in Payroll/HR, MS Office, and HRIS tools to translate business needs into system configurations and guide clients to successful live payrolls.

Qualifications

• Exposure to basic project management principles.
• Minimum 4 years in customer service/consultancy, payroll processing, or project management coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud software; HRIS experience preferred.
• Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and XML.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, etc.
• Ability to implement an HRIS module or similar solution.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects that vary in nature based on the solution purchased and requirements.
• Contribute to project plans and ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to complete implementations.
• Promote teamwork and build strong relationships with clients and peers.
• Resolve project issues independently and escalate when needed.
• Demonstrate understanding of Payroll/HR environments including related sub-functions.
• Interview clients to review changes and determine needs for implementation.
• Translate business requirements into configuration for Dayforce solutions.
• Prepare customers for implementation completion and train for first live payroll.
• Test and document custom solutions; design and execute tests.
• Ensure smooth transition to service teams.
