Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced HCM Consultant with strong SAP and Workday HCM expertise to ensure seamless workforce data management and system integration.

You will manage SAP HCM HR master data, design integrations, support testing, and ensure data quality and governance across HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM and core Workday HCM processes.
• Experience with HR mini-master data and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proven expertise in SAP HCM integrations with Workday or similar HR systems.
• Experience supporting end-to-end testing, defect management, and deployment activities.

We are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP and Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), a deep understanding of HR master data processes, and proven experience integrating SAP HCM with Workday or similar Human Capital Management platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless workforce data management and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HR mini-master data structures and related business processes within SAP HCM.

• Analyze, design, and support integrations between SAP HCM and Workday or other HR systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues while ensuring data quality and consistency across systems.

• Support system enhancements, testing activities, and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with HR data governance, security, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications:

Advantage but not required:

• Familiarity with ShapeIn methodology and processes.

• Understanding of how Workday business logic and data structures are mapped and translated into SAP HCM.

• Experience working in global HR system landscapes and transformation programs.

• Knowledge of HR data migration and integration best practices.
