Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Data Specialist I to monitor and process inbound/outbound interfaces for Managed clients, ensuring timely file transmission and receipt. The role supports finished data flows and client communications in a remote-friendly setup within the Philippines.

Responsibilities include monitoring exports/imports, generating export files, reporting, and maintaining SOPs. Training for Dayforce domain knowledge will be provided, with emphasis on accuracy and collaboration with the

Qualifications

Diploma in IT or higher education required.
At least 1 year of work experience in an office environment.
Dayforce domain knowledge desirable; training provided.
Strong time management and prioritization.
Business communication skills (written and verbal).
Analytical and reporting skills required.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
XML and SQL knowledge at basic/intermediate level.
Flexibility to work US hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Monitor and process inbound/outbound interfaces for Managed clients to ensure timely file transmission.
Monitor scheduled exports/imports files and manually process imports.
Generate export files and balance to payroll register.
Run reports and communicate results to clients via SFTP.
Adhere to SOPs and participate in updating SOP documents.
Collaborate with Implementation team for feeds development and delivery of tasks on schedule.
