Job summary

Dayforce is seeking experienced Consultants to guide clients through flat file integrations as part of Dayforce HCM implementations. You will coordinate stakeholders, translate requirements into export file specs, and ensure a smooth go‑live for benefits enrollment, COBRA, payroll contributions, and HR demographics.

Based in a global, remote‑friendly culture, you will manage multiple projects across North America and collaborate with offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in human capital management consulting.
• Client relationship acumen.
• Ability to engage with multiple projects & clients concurrently and manage priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions.
• Ability to relay technical concepts to clients in clear and concise business language.
• Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to clients
• Translate client requirements into flat file requirements
• Meet with offshore teams to review the mapping document for file development
• Manage internal (Project Managers, Project Sponsors, Service Consultants, Mappers) and external (Clients and Vendors) stakeholders to achieve export file deliverables
• Identify and communicate risk
• Analyze export files and research the cause of the issue to determine course of action
• Responsible for the end-to-end management of delivering export files
