Job summary

BTCPOWER Cebu Inc. is seeking a Sr. Hardware Design Engineer to lead the electronics hardware side of the PCBA from circuit design through certification.

You will ensure full testing and certification before release to production for our EV charging products. The role collaborates with firmware and other engineers, supervises prototyping, performs design analyses, simulations, and documentation, and guides junior engineers to deliver high-quality hardware on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold an engineering degree in electrical/electronics or computer engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in electrical/electronics design.
• Experience leading PCBA hardware development from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronics hardware design of PCBA from concept to production.
• Design circuits and select components and generate BOM.
• Perform design analysis, DFMEA, MTBF, and simulations (LTSpice, Simplis).
• Ensure EMI/UL/standards compliance and perform DVT and release.
• Collaborate with firmware and other engineers and mentor juniors.
