You will lead critical architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure adherence to IPC standards, EDA practices, and robust documentation while driving on-time delivery and product performance. This role offers autonomy and opportunities to influence design quality across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hardware engineering experience delivering complex products.
• Proficiency with EDA tools: Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
• Experience with ATE applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex high‑performance circuits and systems.
• Create PCB layouts per guidelines and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain schematic symbols and PCB land patterns.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews.
• Produce design documentation, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Generate PCB fabrication packages and meet deadlines.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Prepare monthly accomplishment reports and assist with ordering duties.
