You will analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions, and collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Marketing to drive revenue growth and portfolio expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales strategy, product development, or commercial management.
• Experience in the financial services, lending, banking, or consumer finance industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, business planning, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Experience in evaluating business proposals, financial projections, product profitability, and commercial viability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate market insights and business data into actionable growth strategies.
• Results‑oriented, strategic, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
• Identify new opportunities, target markets, customer segments, and distribution channels for lending products.
• Evaluate business models and recommend strategies to improve market penetration and portfolio growth.
• Analyze product performance, revenue impact, and portfolio quality to optimize profitability.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with Marketing, Operations, Credit, Risk, and Finance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
