Grab in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager, Lending Commercial to drive strategic planning and commercial growth for multiple lending lines. You will identify growth opportunities, develop customer value propositions, and coordinate cross-functional execution across lending disbursals and the broader customer activity.

The role requires experience in strategy, commercial management, business operations, and fintech.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Engineering or related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholder teams.

Responsabilités

Develop growth strategies and manage performance across lending pillars and new products.
Lead consumer growth initiatives via coordination with Commercial, Product, Finance, Risk and Operations teams.
Support development of financing solutions for drivers, fleet operators, and merchants with scalable operating models.
Track merchant acquisition, conversion and portfolio performance to drive improvements.
Coordinate multiple workstreams across Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Technology; establish milestones and ownership.
