Job summary

PayMongo is seeking a Growth Operations Executive to build the operational backbone that enables the Growth organization to scale merchant acquisition and revenue efficiently.

You will own the systems, processes, and data that support the sales and merchant lifecycle—from maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline data and keeping commercial playbooks current to improving workflows, producing actionable reporting, and supporting revenue forecasting.

Qualifications

• CRM administration and data integrity across the sales funnel.
• Ability to design, maintain, and improve SOPs, playbooks, and operational docs.
• Strong data analysis and dashboards to support forecasting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate pipeline, deal, and merchant data in the CRM.
• Build and maintain dashboards for sales performance and merchant metrics.
• Support revenue forecasting with CRM data and historical performance.
• Keep SOPs and playbooks up to date and accessible for Growth teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvements.
