Job summary

ScalableOS is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Creative Lead in Manila to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. You will blend creative design, website management, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation to execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with analytical rigor, moves concepts to execution, and collaborates with sales for go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative design, demand generation, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute both creative and digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, campaign, web, presentation, and sales enablement work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience managing websites, landing pages, and content management systems.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, AEO/GEO, CRO, and digital analytics.
• Experience executing B2B lead generation and multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Brand Execution: design campaign creative and marketing assets across digital and print.
• Website & Digital Experience: manage and optimize website and landing pages for engagement and lead conversion.
• SEO/ SEM / AEO: execute SEO strategies and manage paid search and other digital campaigns.
• Campaign Management & Marketing Automation: run integrated B2B campaigns across channels using marketing automation.
• Analytics & Performance Optimization: monitor performance, maintain dashboards, and translate data into actionable improvements.
