Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc is seeking a dynamic Digital Growth Leader to develop and execute growth strategies across paid media, SEO, CRM, social, and e-commerce to boost brand awareness and revenue. You will own performance marketing initiatives, optimize budgets, and drive ROI across channels.

You will lead organic growth through SEO, content optimisation, and lifecycle marketing, while translating data into actionable opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing within retail, consumer, lifestyle, fashion, sports, or FMCG industries.
• Strong expertise in paid media platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and marketplace advertising solutions.
• Proven experience in SEO, digital analytics, campaign optimisation, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, loyalty programmes, customer lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Strong stakeholder management, agency management, communication, and project leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital growth strategy across paid media, SEO, GEO, CRM, social media, and e-commerce channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead performance marketing initiatives across search, social, marketplaces, and emerging digital platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong return on investment.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, AI search visibility (GEO), content optimisation, and customer lifecycle marketing to increase traffic, engagement, and membership growth.
• Own digital analytics, reporting, and conversion rate optimisation programmes, translating data and consumer insights into actionable growth opportunities.
• Manage agency partners and collaborate cross-functionally with brand, commercial, e-commerce, and regional stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and business objectives.
