Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on digital marketing specialist to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth through creative design, website management, and integrated campaigns.

You will blend creative and analytical work, launching campaigns, optimizing landing pages, performing SEO/SEM, and using marketing automation to evolve campaigns and support product launches and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Ability to independently execute both creative and digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, campaign, web, presentation, and sales enablement work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience managing websites, landing pages, and content management systems.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot; Salesforce familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality campaign creative and marketing materials.
• Manage website, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and content across channels.
• Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns across multiple channels.
• Implement SEO/SEM/AEO strategies and monitor performance.
• Build nurture workflows and marketing automation in HubSpot.
• Analyze data to improve campaigns and contribute to revenue growth.
