Job summary

ScalableOS is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to own creative design, website management, SEO/SEM, and end-to-end campaign execution. You will drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth by building compelling digital experiences and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.

The role requires a hands-on, self-starting marketer who can move projects from concept through results, collaborating with sales and leadership to evolve go-to-market initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, creative design, or demand generation in B2B
• Proven ability to execute both creative and digital marketing initiatives independently
• Strong portfolio of digital, campaign, web, and sales enablement work
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, AEO/GEO, CRO and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital and print assets for campaigns and sales collateral
• Manage and optimize the company website, landing pages, forms, and CTAs
• Execute integrated B2B campaigns across email, web, paid media, and events
• Build nurture programs and workflows in HubSpot or similar tools
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for pipeline impact
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to bring campaigns to life
• Support demand generation programs and account-based marketing efforts
• Ensure brand standards across all marketing materials
