Job summary

Ryan in Manila is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day operations and act as a hands-on production resource across core digital marketing workflows. You will manage a local team, ensure alignment with global functions, and balance execution with oversight as the team grows.

You will own Contentful CMS governance, website and landing page publishing, marketing automation (Salesforce Account Engagement, Pardot), and analytics-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a four-year college or university.
• Five to seven years of progressive enterprise website management and marketing automation experience.
• Experience in professional services or global multilingual digital marketing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manila-based Digital Marketing team, allocate workload, coach, and manage performance.
• Be primary Manila contact for U.S. off-hours, ensuring continuity and standards.
• Oversee Contentful CMS governance, content publishing, SEO, metadata, and publishing workflows.
• Configure, execute, and optimize marketing automation campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement and Pardot.
• Conduct QA testing for emails, landing pages, and campaigns; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Support analytics, reporting, and dashboard development to guide decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations with automation and AI tools.
