ScalableOS in Makati is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to lead integrated campaigns, creative design, website management, and SEO/SEM initiatives. You will drive demand generation, pipeline, and revenue growth through multi-channel programs.

You will balance creative quality with measurable business impact, manage marketing automation in HubSpot, optimize landing pages, and collaborate with sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative design, demand generation, or related B2B marketing role.
• Independently execute creative and digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong portfolio of digital, campaign, web, presentation, and sales enablement work.

Responsabilités

• Design high-quality digital and print assets across campaigns.
• Manage and maintain the company website, landing pages, and forms.
• Optimize website performance with SEO, CRO, and A/B testing.
• Execute integrated B2B campaigns across email, web, paid media, and events.
• Build and deploy emails, landing pages, and nurture programs in HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Manage audience segmentation, tracking, and attribution for campaigns.
• Support lead capture, routing, and lifecycle management with sales.
