The role demands extensive experience in project finance, budgeting, and risk management. The position involves independent financial oversight, performance reviews, and governance across engagements, with on-site duties in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Cost Control, FP&A, Accounting, or Audit
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong experience in project-based industries such as construction, real estate, infrastructure, or manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and Budget vs. Actual analysis
• Experienced in profitability/margin analysis, cash flow management, and financial controls

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and profitability across the Group.
• Monitor Budget vs. Actuals, forecasts, project margins, and cash flow to identify risks.
• Review and validate project billings, subcontractor invoices, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Conduct financial and variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, reporting standards, and governance procedures.
• Provide accurate, timely, and data-driven financial insights to Management.
