Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant working experience.
• Qualified accountant with IFRS and project accounting expertise.
• Experience leading large, globally-dispersed teams.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project finance, accounting, and accounts payable functions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely month- and year-end close.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
• Lead and develop the finance teams; manage KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the group.
• Support internal audits and drive process improvements.
