MonetizeMore, a 100% remote ad tech leader, seeks a Group Product Manager to guide a world-class PM team and own Advanced Ads strategy.

You will mentor other PMs, transform product operating model, focus on outcomes, and align cross-functional partners to drive revenue, LTV, and MRR.

This role offers global scheduling flexibility, growth opportunities, and a chance to influence product strategy for publishers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs.
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong data-driven approach and ability to translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Champion Product Excellence: mentor and guide other PMs to elevate product craft and execution.
• Own the Product Management for Advanced Ads: drive strategy, growth, and execution.
• Lead the shift to an outcome-driven culture, focusing on business results and customer impact.
• Standardize frameworks for product operating model, including data-informed decisions and rapid prototyping.
• Drive continuous discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability and value.
