Job summary

Adaptive Teams is seeking a performance-driven Advertising Manager to own, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta for a growing e-commerce consumer products business. You’ll live in the numbers, test creatives, and push for profitability with every advertising dollar.

Based in the Philippines (fully remote), you’ll collaborate with e-commerce and creative teams to drive revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition while managing budgets and tracking performance with GA4 and

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong e-commerce or DTC advertising experience.
• Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CVR, CPC, and other performance metrics.
• Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution.
• Comfortable managing meaningful advertising budgets and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.
• Build campaigns focused on revenue, ROAS, CAC, and profitability.
• Manage budgets, bids, audiences, and campaign structure.
• Monitor daily performance and identify opportunities or issues.
• Test creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and strategies.
• Manage Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, remarketing, and related campaigns.
• Manage Meta prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
• Provide clear, actionable performance reporting.
• Collaborate with e-commerce and creative teams to improve conversion and campaign performance.
• Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
