Job summary

MonetizeMore is seeking a Group Product Manager to mentor PMs and drive the product operating model across the organization. You will own the strategy, growth, and execution for Advanced Ads, a leading ad-management platform powering numerous sites worldwide.

You will move beyond feature factories, focusing on outcomes, customer impact, and business results, while coaching teams to improve craft and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with 3+ years mentoring other PMs.
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus.
• Data-driven decision making with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize product operating model across PMs.
• Own strategy, growth and execution for Advanced Ads.
• Mentor PMs and drive outcomes over output.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth to drive adoption.
• Define long-term vision for Advanced Ads.
