The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a Senior Group Lead position, is clearly established in that role, and has experience with voice accounts across multiple lines of business.

You will drive governance, operational excellence and performance standards while coordinating across teams to deliver scalable real estate

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Group Lead.
• Must be established in the Senior Group Lead role; those still in training are not suitable.
• Experience with voice accounts across any line of business (LOB) is preferred.
