The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience, strong communication, and MIS reporting skills, enabling effective coaching and performance improvements. This is an onsite position in Cebu with 24/7 shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent people management and mentorship abilities.
• Analytical skills for MIS data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Team Leaders (TLs) and oversee performance metrics.
• Address customer care issues, coordinate escalations, and provide solutions.
• Motivate the team through effective management and career development.
• Liaise with other departments to support technical service delivery.
• Analyze reports and dashboards, implementing action plans and training.
• Oversee attendance, shifts, and administrative responsibilities of the group.
• Mentor and support new hires.
