Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Cebu City is seeking a Senior Group Lead - Real Estate to oversee four group leads in a fully onsite, night-shift role with an immediate start. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a Senior Group Lead position, is clearly established in that role, and has experience with voice accounts across multiple lines of business.

You will drive governance, operational excellence and performance standards while coordinating across teams to deliver scalable real estate

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Group Lead.
• Must be established in the Senior Group Lead role; those still in training are not suitable.
• Experience with voice accounts across any line of business (LOB) is preferred.

• Candidates must already be established in the Senior Group Lead role; those still in training for this position are not suitable
• Responsible for managing 4 team leads
• Clients prefer candidates with experience in voice accounts across any line of business (LOB)
• Preferably, candidates should have a strong background in operational excellence and governance
