Job summary

Mintrix Business Advisory is seeking a senior Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist to lead paid campaigns with minimal supervision after onboarding. This hands-on role starts with campaign management and optimisation and grows into team coordination as the team expands.

You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple clients, implement tracking via Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, and use AI tools to improve copy, planning and reporting. Remote-ready, independent work encouraged.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of PPC strategy, campaign structure, audience targeting, conversion tracking, optimisation and reporting.
• Experience managing campaigns for multiple clients, from planning through to optimisation.
• Practical experience implementing Google Ads tags and conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.
• Experience setting up the Meta Pixel and monitoring conversion tracking.
• Strong English communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
• Leadership potential and an interest in coordinating people and workflows.
• Proficiency using AI tools in digital marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Create, launch, manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Research keywords, audiences and competitors.
• Monitor performance, analyse campaign data and recommend improvements.
• Improve lead quality, conversion rates and return on ad spend.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
• Implement and maintain Google Ads tags and conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager.
• Set up the Meta Pixel and monitor Meta conversion tracking.
• Follow established campaign processes and contribute to improving them.
• Use AI tools to support ad copy, research, planning, analysis and reporting.
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.
